Today was our first anniversary. U-J took me to the place where we were married. Someone was having a 50th Anniversary party there. Good sign if you ask me.

I am a born and bred southern girl living with my husband, 3 dogs and 2 cats. Unix-Jedi and I have been married for 3 years. I've been an RN for about 3 years. My first nursing job was on a Med/Surg floor, and my second was on a Renal/Telemetry floor. I finally out of the hospital, and worked as an occupational health nurse. Now I'm going to be a stay at home mommy for a while. I'm neither a writer or particularly insightful, but these are my thoughts......

Congratulations! Marriage is wonderful, isn't it? When are you going to complete the equation with kids? I thought marriage was great--and then my daughter was born. Marriage with kids is like marriage on organic, healthy steroids. Marriage with kids is like marriage with your favorite frosting on it--and more cake, too, but all with no extra calories. Marriage with kids is like marriage all the bells and twice the whistles.
